Why should players train at-home?

In today's competitive rugby scene, players face greater demands than ever.  The game is faster, more dynamic, and physically challenging.  To stay at the top, athletes need to refine skills, stay super fit, and be explosively fast.  That's where at-home training comes in, or doing the ‘extras’, giving players a strategic edge beyond regular team training to meet the intense standards of modern rugby.

How do the programs work?

Our at-home training programs are designed to make it easy for you, right in your own backyard!  Simply download the program and you can get started.  Each program provides clear training sessions with specific sets and reps for each drill.  Access short instructional videos linked within the program to ensure you're doing every drill/texercise correctly.  It's a straightforward, user-friendly way to help you train at home.  Have questions or want to check your technique? Which program is best for me or my child?
There is detailed information about each training program available by clicking on the images below.  But here are some suggestions for you.  Note, each book can be purchased on their own at any time.  Or take advantage of our bundle offers.

Beginner:
Step 1:  4 Week Speed & Agility (twice per week)
Step 2:  Undertake the 8 Week Passing program in conjunction with the above
Step 3:  Once finished the 4-Weeks, then get started on the 12-Week Explosive Speed program (kekp undertaking the passing training sessions at the
same time)

Need Fitness & Speed for that little bit extra on the field:
Step 1: 8 week Ultimate program
Step 2: Undertake the 8 Week Passing program in conjunction

Burning desire for explosive speed:
Step 1: 90-days to Explosive Speed training program (three times per week)
