BEGINNER OR ADVANCED?

The 90 Days To Explosive Speed training program caters to both Beginners and Advanced players.  We can do this because we have included access to two different strength training programs - a weight-based program  using the Triphasic method for the Advanced players and a bodyweight strength program for Beginners. 

 

BEGINNERS The Beginners strength program is designed for those players that don't have access to weights or are beginners to strength training.
