This ultimately allows you to not only perform at your best, but help reduce the risk of injuries happening.  Plus, we'll start to build your explosive speed

    4 weeks with 8 x training sessions

    None, as we use bodyweight

  • From 9yrs up to Senior

  • Purpose: 
    Improve acceleration, top-speed, strength and overall athletic performance for better on-field performance.  Develop explosive, breakaway speed!

    12 weeks with 24 x training sessions (2 per week)

  • Equipment:
    Beginner: none, as we use Bodyweight
    Advanced: dumbells or barbell and weights
