Sonny is the Head Coach at The Rugby Speed Coach and specialises in the technique of Speed for Rugby & Rugby League.

Sonny provides expert advice and instruction to young athletes who want to take their game performance and speed to a new level.

Based on the Gold Coast, Australia with over twenty years experience in the sporting industry in both Australia and Fiji, his in-depth knowledge of the speed technique ensured that he has helped thousands of players get faster and improve their game.  Sonny, not only provides online programs, but coaches clients face-to-face in Speed, Agility & Quickness training sessions Australia-wide, making sure he is physically active in the industry and up to date with latest speed techniques.

The mission of The Rugby Speed Coach is to create powerful, faster players, and improve their on-field performance.  He does this by providing easy access to the correct information and techniques.

Sonny has previously worked for Cricket Fiji, Queensland Reds and his own business Sonny Henderson - Strength & Conditioning.
