WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - THE BASICS OR
THE DETAILS:
Price: $66 per player with LIMITED 'early bird' pricing tickets at $55
Duration: 2 hours (please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before so we can start on time, this clinic is jam-packed)
Wear: Training attire. Wear footy boots (or sneakers) and sunscreen
Bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, hat and ensure you've had a good meal prior to sustain your energy throughout the clinic

NOTE: We keep the clinic FUN and easy-to-understand so that participants go home with skills and knoweledge that will help them for years to come in their sporting life. They will be able to train at home using the drills, exercises and information they gain from the clinic.
WHO IS THE RUGBY SPEED COACH?
The Rugby Speed Coach is an experienced Coach who focuses on speed, strength & fitness development in young athletes, specifically in the rugby/league/touch arena. He delivers the knowledge in a very simple and easy-to-remember style, taking the complication out of the technique, so participants can incorporate the drills into their at-home training regime with ease.
Sonny has taught thousands of athletes across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria at face-to-face clinics, as well as via his online speed training programs. He has worked within the sports industry for over 25 years.
