As part of this Premium service, I will review your results weekly, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations for you to stay on track to achieving your goals. Additionally, the Speed Technique is paramount to your success, so I will analyse your technique, and offer recommendations for improvement.

HOW ONLINE ONE-ON-ONE SPEED COACHING WORKS
To kickstart your journey, we will have a FREE no obligation 30-minute Skype call so that you can gain a better understanding of my online coaching service.
This is also a great opportunity for you to get to know me and vice-versa. This is a paramount part of the process - in that we need to get on, and be on the same page throughout your journey. I have, and will, refuse players at this stage of my service, as I need to believe I am a good fit for what you require.
Once we have both agreed to working together, I will send you an Online Coaching contract, as well as a Health Questionaire, which I need you to be completely honest in returning. I believe a contract between both of us is important to set out expectations of each other.
Then the fun begins!
1. A second and more in-depth Skype call where I will get to know you further, discuss your goals, strengths and weaknesses etc. This will allow me to develop a specific plan of attack for you. We will also set dates/times for our weekly skype sessions.
2. Within 7 days, I will develop your Online Coaching Plan, and this will arrive in your inbox, as well as full access to all The Rugby Speed Coach Instructional Videos, for every single drill and exercise I have recommended for you.
3. Our third skype call will be within 2 days of me sending your program. This is important to ensure you understand your program. This should take no more than 15 minutes.
4. Weekly from then we will commit to a 30-minute Skype call so that I can ensure you are on track, along with running through the following week's program. Additionally I can monitor your form and technique, and make any adjustments as/and if necessary.
Of course, if you have any questions at any time outside of our allocated Skype sessions, I am only an email away, and will reply as quickly as possible, and most times within 24 hours
My aim is to ensure you feel secure enough in your Online Coaching Program to take your own training to the next level. It will be as if I'm right there with you during every training session.
Please note that a minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required to undertake one-on-one online training as this is the average time frame for your body to adapt and rewire to the new changes.
