How To Build Explosive Speed is a 12 week step-by-step program that is easy-to-understand (not complicated and difficult to understand), and includes instructional videos of every drill and exercise.  

Some online programs available on the internet will only include Speed Drills and exercises.  Whilst you will gain some benefit from these programs, to really make gains in your on-field game, you need to incorporate a wide range of techniques and different programs which work together to create EXPLOSIVE power.

I explain how you can accurately test your speed, power and flexibility, so that you can monitor your progress and improve your on-field performance

We work through a Step-by-Step Strength program, to improve your rate of force development, and build a foundation of strength 

I will explain how to develop your core into a strength machine, which will work to improve body control, amongst other things

I include an Activation Program built into the 12-week program to wake up muscles. I include this to ensure you are performing at maximum capacity

A Flexibility Program explained with access to full instructional videos will help you improve your range of motion and reduce your risk of injury

I provide a Speed Technique program to improve sprinting form and efficiency.
