Sessions are designed for Rugby & Rugby League players 10 years and older at all skill levels.  Each session covers speed mechanics, acceleration, top speed, change of direction, quickness, strength, power, flexibility & core strength. 

If you're turning up to footy training diligently and doing everything your Coach tells you, but still not building Explosive Speed - this program is for you!

Did you know that Speed is not taught at regular Rugby training? 

 

Most professional players are employing the services of a dedicated Speed Coach in addition to their club training so they can get the edge over their competitors.

 

Speed needs to be trained consistently and in addition to regular fitness training.

With over twenty years experience in the sporting industry, in both Australia and Fiji, as well as qualifications in Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training, The Rugby Speed Coach is well placed to take your on-field performance to the next level.  Our Head Coach, Sonny coaches in a relatable, friendly manner which gets results.
